What You Should Know
Our Bag Garden Fundraisers are like candle fundraisers. Your profit percentage is not affected by the number of orders you take. You get 50% profit or half the selling price for every item you sell. That means smaller groups make the same profits for selling bag gardens as larger groups. If you sell less than 150 bag garden items, though, there is a $65 shipping fee which will affect your total profit. Orders of 150 or more bag garden orders will qualify you for free shipping.

Easy Fundraising Ideas will send you full-color brochures with outstanding photographs and descriptions of 10 different gardening kits to sell to your supporters. The brochure includes a detailed order form with prices, planting instructions, and other pertinent information.

Group members show the brochure to family and friends and ask them to purchase their favorite plants to support your group. You collect your money at the time of the sale. We suggest your sale lasts for two weeks. At the end of the sale order forms are all collected and you place a bulk order for the items you have sold. You can use the money you have collected from the pre-sale to pay for your purchase, eliminating the need for any upfront money.

How Bag Garden Fundraising Works:
- Order brochures and order forms for each member of your group
- Have members sell fundraising bag gardens to friends and family and collect payment.
- At the end of your sale gather the order forms and money and tally them all together.
- You place the final bulk order for the products with us by phone or fax.
- We ship all items to you, which you then distribute to your participants.
- Your group keeps the profit (you only pay the cost of the products).
How much do you pay to start a Bag Garden Fundraiser?
There is no money needed upfront for this fundraiser. We provide free brochures, order forms, and cash collection envelopes. It costs nothing to start so there is no risk.
You only pay us after you sell your Bag Gardens and are placing your order. Then you can use the money you collected to pay for your order.
When you place your order, Easy Fundraising Ideas will calculate the cost of your order based on the profit percentage you earned. You will pay us that amount of money and keep your profit.
How do you place your final order?
At the end of your sale, collect all of the order forms and cash from each member of your group. Tally all of the order forms together. Also, add up all the money collected too. Some people find it helpful to use a spreadsheet like Excel.
Once we receive your order we will enter it in our system and send you an invoice. After reviewing the invoice you can pay by calling with a Visa or Master Card or you can mail us a check or money order along with a copy of your invoice. We do accept purchase orders from public schools and will release orders upon receipt of a valid purchase order.
When you have your totals you can enter them online or simply call us toll-free (866) 874-8383 with your order.
When will you get your Bag Gardens?
Once we receive your order and payment we will have your order shipped within a few business days. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. That means transit time anywhere in the United States is 7 to 10 days. When planning the distribution of your bag gardens allow 2 full weeks for delivery.
